Office Facilitator

The incumbent will be responsible for all day to day tasks of the office. The right person must have the ability to multitask with a professional upbeat personality to manage the front desk as well as other admin duties. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer and screen all incoming calls in a professional manner; take accurate messages with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Dealing appropriately with all incoming guests and regularly check visitor’s register
  • Ensuring proper cleanliness standards for the entire office & the surrounding area
  • Keeping track that good housekeeping standards are followed & train the housekeeping staff for the same.
  • Understand company organizational structure to refer calls to proper admin or employee
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Keeping track of the requirement of Pantry items, Office essentials & Stationery items also ensure proper utilization
  • Provide all aspects of daily support to key management personnel: Manage, Calendar Scheduling, Contact Data Base, Meeting coordination and phone correspondence.
  • Maintaining Indoor & Outward registers and responsible for the same
  • Prepare expense reports and update and maintain files for the same
  • Providing administrative support to all the employees as and when required
  • Taking care of General administrative responsibilities of the office and Day to Day office work.
  • Maintaining Records & Reports associated with the role

Desired Applicant Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience and proficiency in English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional freshers will also be considered
  • Degree in Hospitality would be preferred
  • Should have a pleasing personality & must be open to work at front desk
  • Should be highly organized and must possess the ability to multi task along with the ability to work with all levels of management as individuals as well as members of various teams.
  • Proficiency in using Office applications such as MS Office, Google Docs etc. is desired.
  • Must have ability to handle confidential & sensitive material with discretion
  • Should be excited to be part of a Start-up environment
