As an Installer, you will need to visit Residential Homes & Businesses and install the Network elements which are necessary to provide broadband Internet access.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide excellent face to face customer service
Responsible for Installing wireless equipment’s on rooftops of residential homes and businesses
Configure and troubleshoot wireless internet access points inside the customer’s home
Understand, manage, and meet customer expectations regarding the aesthetics and functionality of each installation
Review installation orders; gather equipment’s, supplies and necessary tools
Plan installations by evaluating location, locating access / entry points, and laying-out the most efficient and effective equipment and wiring plan.
Install equipment, which includes - mounting masts / pole / J-mounts on the roof top or side of home; running and pulling cable; pointing and calibrating equipment; cleaning up and leaving the home as neat as you found it
Verify correct functionality and optimal performance by testing equipment and connections and identifying and correcting any issues
Coordinate schedules with the customers
Maintain accurate records through documenting installations, services, and repairs
Maintain a safe work environment by following safe practices and adhering to safety standards
Hands on problem solver
Should be kind of person who grabs the tools and does DIY projects for self
Should be a “get-it-done” or “do it” person
Should be a multi-tasker with an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Should be comfortable to climb on a roof & ladders up to 40 feet
Authentic, energetic, persuasive & should love talking to and interacting with people from all walks of life
For extended periods of time, work in tight spaces, including attics and crawl spaces
Flexible and excited to work in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
Experience working in a non-office setting
Able to stand and work outside in extreme weather conditions, including precipitation and temperature variations
Should have a Valid driver’s license along with a two wheeler
