Assistant Manager – Inside Sales

As Assistant Manager - Inside Sales, the incumbent will be responsible for expanding our customer base & generating revenues which includes Identifying sales opportunities & effectively present key benefits of Airmesh Surf products to potential customers through outbound cold calls, emails, follow-ups & final closure.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You would be responsible for nurturing, developing, expanding business contacts remotely through calls and online conference
  • Strong email & contact search skills for identifying & reaching out to the decision makers (VP's, C-level, Management) & influencers this includes smartly mining their mails & other contact information
  • Establishes contact with prospects and sets up meetings with decision makers, creates and maintains sales funnel
  • Manage lead transition & follow up activity that ensures a positive outcome for client & sales team
  • Scans for opportunities - identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
  • Develop a strong in-depth knowledge of products, processes & telephone sales technique.
  • Produce and maintain daily contact sheets/activity / documentation reports as required
  • Adhere to and demonstrate Best Practice principles in all aspects of your work
  • Outbound sales experience, including qualifying and pressing for appointments, and would be responsible for delivering corporate presentation to new business prospects
  • Seek to develop own knowledge of products and customer needs to supplement training and development provided by company

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Engineering Graduate or MBA with 3+ years of proven experience in Inside sales in technology
  • Excellent communication & Sales skills includes presentations, telephone technique and email writing skills
  • Should be open to work in independent capacity
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling high volume of calls per day
  • Competitive and self - driven to achieve results
  • Ability to work on own initiative with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience and confidence in prospecting and communicating with senior-level executives.
  • Should be able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Must work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
  • Basic technical knowledge: Tech Savvy and with a broad range of high tech terminology.
